Jeff Gutierrez is a strategic technology leader with over 20 years of experience scaling high-stakes platforms in regulated sectors. As Vice President of Engineering at GoHealth (NASDAQ: GOCO), he scaled the engineering organization to 100+ technologists and established the advanced analytics group, contributing to GoHealth's hypergrowth and IPO. His deep industry roots also include roles as Co-founder and CTO of RubricOne and strategic advisory positions for AI-driven platforms like CodeChum.
Today, Jeff leads O&B North America's mission to modernize enterprise Java stacks for the AI-native future. By leveraging battle-tested stability and sovereign intelligence, he ensures that the world's most critical financial and healthcare systems can innovate without compromising the bank-grade security and reliability that defines their legacy.
His professional foundation is anchored in a deep academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master of Finance from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
